Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 1
HOLE ONE | BRIDLEWAY

Fairly gentle opening par 4, apart from being the first hole and first tee shot of the round! A small copse of trees on the left awaits an errant tee shot, with a fairway bunker also on the left, to a green protected by bunkers left and right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 389 10
4 375 10
4 339 10
PRO TIP
A tee shot as close as you dare to the bunker on the left of the fairway will leave a straightforward approach to the green but anything left of the bunker may find the copse. An approach shot that is too long will leave a challenging chip as the land slopes away at the back of the green.

2 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 2
HOLE 2 | CORONATION COPSE

A par 4 that's a good test for the tee shot, to a fairway that slopes left to right much more than you will expect and a copse of trees to avoid from the tee. The green has a bunker to the right which is best avoided.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 448 4
4 428 4
5 398 4
PRO TIP
The lone tree on the left of the fairway is the ideal line from the tee, although big hitters may wish to play over the copse with a draw. Avoid the out of bounds on the left of the fairway protecting the greenkeeper compound. Aim to the left side of the green for the best approach, but beware of the right hand greenside bunker for anything pushed to the right.

Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 3
HOLE 3 | RUNWAY

Another left to right par 4 (par 5 from the White Competition Tee) with a well placed bunker to the left of the fairway. Anything too far left or right risks being gobbled up by the rough and bushes. As with the second hole, a bunker awaits any approach shot too far right of the green, which is also protected by a bunker short and left of the green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
5 495 14
4 411 14
5 393 14
PRO TIP
The fairway bunker on the left is the best line from the tee and the tee shot will likely finish on the right side of the fairway. Keep your approach to the green on the left hand side to allow for the contours, avoiding the fairway bunker short of the green and again a bunker on the right awaits a pushed approach shot.

4 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 4
HOLE FOUR | THE BRAE

A testing downhill par 4 with accuracy from the tee a must, with a choice of fairway either on the higher or lower level. A fairway bunker is well placed to collect the tee shot on the lower level, playing to a green protected by a bunker front left.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 422 8
4 402 8
4 362 8
PRO TIP
Decisions, decisions. A tee shot played to the right of the upper fairway will leave a fairly straightforward approach to the green. Alternatively, a tee shot to the lower fairway, avoiding the fairway bunker and making sure to carry to the flat fairway, will leave an approach over the front bunker but either way the ball will feed from right to left when approaching the green.

5 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 5
HOLE FIVE | TABLE TOP

A par 3 with a plateau green and protected by a bunker at the front right of the green, selecting the right club is key.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 152 18
3 135 18
3 126 18
PRO TIP
Depending on the wind direction, which could be two clubs difference, this hole plays a bit longer than it looks. It is possible to play over the right hand bunker and let the contours bring the ball onto the green or take dead aim at the flag. Anything too far left of the green will run down towards the sixth tee box.
6 of 18
6 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 6
HOLE SIX | ORCHID MOUND

A seemingly friendly par 5 but beware, this hole can jump up and bite you in a heartbeat! A fairway bunker on the left of the fairway, playing to a green protected by bunkers front left and right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
5 512 16
5 496 16
5 483 16
PRO TIP
Ideally, play your tee shot to the right side of the fairway to allow for the ball to swing right to left and avoid the fairway bunker on the left. An approach to the right side of the green is advised to avoid the greenside bunker front right but beware of the greenside bunker on the right.
7 of 18
7 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 7
HOLE SEVEN | SKYLARKS

A challenging par 5, where once again an accurate tee shot is required. A bunker awaits on the left side of the fairway, playing to an elevated green with a cross bunker in front and a a bunker to the left of the green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
5 532 2
5 513 2
5 412 2
PRO TIP
Again, aim your tee shot to the right side of the fairway to allow for the right to left contours and avoid the fairway bunker on the left. Keep your approach to the green to the right to avoid the cross bunker short of the green and bunker to the left. Make sure not to go too far right though, as out of bounds is lurking for an errant approach.
8 of 18
8 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 8
HOLE EIGHT | ASHDEN BANK

A tricky par 4, playing from an elevated tee to an elevated green. A bunker on the right from the tee awaits and a steep bank needs to be negotiated on the approach to a narrow green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 380 6
4 363 6
4 301 6
PRO TIP
Keep your tee shot to the left side of the fairway to avoid the bunker on the right. Again, the wind direction will affect the approach and will usually play a bit longer than the yardage suggests, but anything too long will leave a tricky recovery shot downhill to the sharply breaking green.

9 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 9
HOLE NINE | THE KEEP

A par 3 that's well protected by bunkers both front and right, along with ground sloping right to left.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 188 12
3 166 12
3 135 12
PRO TIP
The right-hand bunker is the ideal line with a touch of draw, anything short should feed into the long green. Wind direction will affect the tee shot and check the pin position to get the right club selection.
10 of 18
10 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 10
HOLE 10 | BADGERS TRAILS

Starting the back 9 with a par 4 from an elevated tee and a fairway that slopes severely from right to left. A cross bunker in front of the green is ready to catch an approach to a green with greenside bunkers left and right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 386 11
4 369 11
4 317 11
PRO TIP
Keep your tee shot to the right side of the fairway to allow for the right-to-left slope. Ensure that you have enough club to carry the cross bunker in front of the green but be aware of the out of bounds behind the green and the greenside bunkers to the left and right.
11 of 18
11 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 11
HOLE ELEVEN | LONG VALLEY

A long straight par 5, with a fairway bunker on the left from the tee, playing to an elevated green with bunkers to the left.

PAR YARDS STROKE
5 550 5
5 524 5
5 513 5
PRO TIP
A tee shot to the right will feed left and a tee shot to the left will feed right and either option could bring the left-hand fairway bunker into play. The approach to the green will feed right to left with the left-hand bunkers waiting for anything slightly too far left.

Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 12
HOLE TWELVE | CASTLE PROSPECT

A demading par 4, justifying the stroke index, invariably playing into the wind but just as challenging when played downwind, with a difference of two to three clubs. A fairway sloping right to left, with a fairway bunker from the tee on the right and a well protected green with bunkers left and right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 440 1
4 425 1
5 400 1
PRO TIP
A tee shot towards the right-hand fairway bunker is the ideal line but be aware of the wind direction and speed. Any approach to the green will feed right-to-left with a bunker either side to collect anything that's other than perfect.
13 of 18
13 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 13
HOLE THIRTEEN | SPIRITS VIEWS

Difficult par 3, that demands an accurate tee shot to a green protected by bunkers left and right, where the wind is a factor in selecting the right club.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 187 13
3 179 13
3 144 13
PRO TIP
Ensure that you take enough club to carry the bunkers at the front left and right of the green. It is also possible to run a tee shot in from the left-hand side using the contours.
14 of 18
14 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 14
HOLE FOURTEEN | DINGLY DELL

A short par 4 with some pitfalls to be negotiated from the tee. There are trees the entire length of the left side of the fairway, which slopes left to right, to a green protected by a deep bunker front right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 332 15
4 318 15
4 297 15
PRO TIP
Favour the left side of the fairway from the tee, anything too far right will run off of the fairway and could leave you in Dingly Dell or blocked out for the approach to the green which should be kept to the left to avoid the tricky greenside bunker front left.
15 of 18
15 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 15
HOLE FIFTEEN | CHESTNUT TURN

Another short par 4 with trees to be avoided from the tee. For your approach shot, look out for the trees again, as well as the bunkers on the left.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 384 3
4 331 3
4 313 3
PRO TIP
A tee shot left of the tree will leave a straightforward approach shot to the green, but anything too far left could catch the fairway bunker and leave an approach over the greenside bunker. Alternatively, play over the tree directly towards the green but beware of the two trees protecting the approach with your second shot. Definitely a risk and reward hole.
16 of 18
16 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 16
HOLE SIXTEEN | BEECH ROW

A straight par 4 with a fairway bunker to the right of the fairway from the tee and trees lining the entire right side of the hole to a small green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 379 7
4 365 7
4 349 7
PRO TIP
The lone tree on the left of the fairway is the ideal line from the tee, avoiding the fairway bunker on the right. Be aware of the out of bounds to the left of the green when playing the approach shot and trees to the right of the green.
17 of 18
17 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 17
HOLE SEVENTEEN | BURNT OAK

Another par 3 where the wind direction can make a difference to club selection, but it is sometimes difficult to feel it on the sheltered tee. Anything that is too long will be a tricky recovery.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 139 17
3 133 17
3 124 17
PRO TIP
Once you have chosen your club, take dead aim at the flag but beware firm bounces right to left, or through the green.
18 of 18
18 of 18
Lullingstone Park 18 Hole - Hole 18
HOLE EIGHTEEN | DISTANT HOPE

A challenging par 4 requiring a solid tee shot through a funnel of trees, with out of bounds all the way down the right hand side, to a protected green in front of the clubhouse. There are also bunkers left and right with a penalty area short of the green to catch an approach shot.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 410 9
4 388 9
4 295 9
PRO TIP
A daunting tee shot to finish, keep to the left to avoid the out of bounds on the right but be aware of the lone tree and copse to the left. The approach will usually play longer than the yardage suggests, playing slightly uphill. Take enough club to carry the penalty area in front of the green and avoid the bunkers on the left and right. There is also out of bounds behind the green for an overhit approach.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 326 3
4 336 3
4 336 3
PRO TIP
Keep your tee shot to the right, to allow for the contours, as anything too far left will leave you blocked out from reaching the green with your approach. Play to the right of the green as the ground feeds right to left.

HOLE TWO

A par 4 right to left dog leg, requiring a tee shot around the corner or a conservative straight tee shot but be careful not to run out of fairway, playing to a small green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
-14 371 4
4 354 4
4 354 4
PRO TIP
Risk and reward exemplefied! If you feel brave, take on the carry over the corner although anything mishit will leave you in trouble, or facing three off of the tee. Alternatively, a flick to the bottom of the hill will leave a straightforward approach to the green.
3 of 9
3 of 9
Lullingstone 9 Hole Course - Hole 3
HOLE THREE

A challenging par 4 requiring an accurate tee shot to avoid the trees left and right of a narrow fairway that slopes left to right. A bunker left of the green is awaiting a misplaced approach shot.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 388 1
4 382 1
4 382 1
PRO TIP
Favour the left side of the fairway from the tee to allow for the left to right bounce but be careful not to pull the tee shot too far left into the trees, or push anything too far right as trees await there too. Probably the tightest tee shot of all our 27 holes. The approach to the green will feed slightly right to left but trouble is lurking behind the green for an overhit approach.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 145 7
3 142 7
3 142 7
PRO TIP
Wind direction and severity will seriously affect the club selection from the tee. Favour the right side of the green to avoid the bunker in front and the ball will feed in from the right.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 324 6
4 278 6
4 278 6
PRO TIP
Aim for the left side of the fairway, which will leave a straightforward approach to the green. A power fade sent down the left may reach the green with a favourable bounce.

PAR YARDS STROKE
3 195 8
3 151 8
3 151 8
PRO TIP
The ideal tee shot is a high draw into the green, which can be difficult to hold. Another option is to aim well left for the ball to feed down to the green but anything left on the slope will leave a treacherous chip in.
